This chocolate tasting has been created to get a little more serious about chocolate flavor but still be really fun. Upon purchase you will receive access to the online event page with the Zoom access information. Then the date of our class we will all join together to unravel the mysteries of chocolate flavor.

Your spot in the 1h class will be reserved, and we'll ship your supplies kit right to your door
You'll receive an email via the email address provided above the week of your class with details and your Zoom invite code & link (if purchasing as a gift, please include the recipient's email address).
 
Your custom chocolate tasting kit will arrive by mail. The box will include several samples from from Dolce Federica's creations and original class materials which will will use to compare tasting notes and learn about flavors.
 
THE CLASS:
We will talk about cacao and its origins and taste some delicious chocolate made by Dolce Federica. We'll guide you through the best part: an extensive chocolate tasting that will change the way you eat chocolate (and maybe introduce you to a new favorite treat!). This class is interactive, so you'll be able to ask questions, share your tasting thoughts, and compare with others in your class.
 
IMPORTANT NOTES:
The last day to purchase the kit for ensured delivery before class is always at least a two weeks prior to the choosen date to ensure you receive your box timely. If less then two weeks from the class attendee will be required to pay for expedite shipping.
Chocolate kits can only be shipped within the continental US. Chocolate will be shipped in warm weather packaging if necessary and is guaranteed to arrive in good condition.
