All About Me

I opened my artisan company Dolce Federica in 2014 in Montclair, New Jersey and was awarded several prices and recognitions for my handcrafted chocolate with Italian Flair. My family and I moved to Guanacaste in 2022 and I continued following my passion for chocolate and cacao visiting and collaborating with the chocolate companies in the area. I now offer my extensive knowledge through a variety of classes that can be customized to your interest.
